One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one Winbip account only. Duplicate accounts are not allowed under any circumstances. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

Bonus Terms Apply

All bonuses and promotions on Winbip come with wagering requirements and conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through according to the specific terms attached to each offer before any winnings become withdrawable.

Withdrawals Require Verification

Eligibility

To register and use Winbip, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on Winbip. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Winbip will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Deposits and Payments

Winbip accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your deposit. The available payment methods may change from time to time, and Winbip will update the payments page accordingly when changes occur.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Winbip does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. Winbip does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing.

  • Deposits are credited to your Winbip account in real time in most cases.
  • If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
  • Winbip reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified.
  • Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational expenses.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Winbip account holder.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete Winbip's identity verification process (KYC). This requires you to submit a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Winbip aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but Winbip aims to process the majority of approved withdrawal requests within a few hours. Once processed by Winbip, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal.
  • Winbip does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play that meet wagering requirements are withdrawable.

General bonus rules that apply across all Winbip promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, not real money, and cannot be withdrawn directly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Winbip:

Account Suspension and Closure

Winbip reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
  • Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
  • Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against Winbip.
  • Any behaviour that Winbip reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or staff.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player after deducting any amounts owed to Winbip, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting Winbip support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Winbip platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of Winbip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Winbip platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without written permission.
  • Use the Winbip name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated tools.
  • Create derivative works based on any Winbip content or software.

Limitation of Liability
